Insa-dong, located in the heart of the city, is an important place where old but precious traditional goods are on display.
There is one main road in Insa-dong with alleys on each side. Within these alleys are galleries, traditional restaurants, teahouses, and cafes.
Stores set up booths outside and Korean candy merchants and fortune teller stalls can easily be found; there are traditional performances and exhibits as well.
Insa-dong is especially popular among international tourists. This is where they can experience and see traditional Korean culture first-hand, and also purchase pieces of fine art.

๐Changdukgung Palace (UNESCO World Heritage)
There are plenty of palaces in korea, and each of them has its own unique charm.
But it might look pretty similar and might able to consider that these palaces has similar history.
But we can assure you that Changdeokgung is different.
First, this place is the only palace in kore that are UNESCO World Heritage
Changdeokgung Palace was built in 1405 by King Taejong, the third ruler of Joseon.
All palaces in Seoul were burnt down during the Japanese invasion in 1592 and Changdeokgung Palace became the first palace to be rebuilt in 1610.
Since then, it became the primary palace for about 270 years where 13 kings including the last monarch dealt with state affairs.

Marronnier Park was given its name due to the marronnier trees, or horse chestnut trees, growing within the area.
It is now a park dedicated to culture and arts open to the public.
In addition to a variety of outdoor performances that take place throughout the area, exhibitions and cultural centers create a romantic atmosphere unique to the park.
