6/15 Pyeongtaek departure, Lavender fest

This one-day journey to the Donghae Lavender Festival is packed with market eats,

coastal views, flower-filled fields, and breezy vibes!

We arrived at Wonju Traditional Market for a relaxing lunch break.ย

From sizzling street food to local specialties, there was no shortage of deliciousย 

discoveries and warm small-town charm. ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿข

Next, we made our way east to the coast, arriving at Mukho Beach and

Dojjaebi-gal around 2:00 PM. ย The fresh ocean breeze and the rhythm of the

waves set the perfect tone for a little exploring ย ๐ŸŒŠ๐ŸŽจ

Then came the highlight of the day โ€” the Donghae Lavender Festival at Mureul-dowon!

Picture rows of soft purple fields stretching toward the horizon,ย 

the scent of lavender drifting through the air, and that golden hour glow hitting just right.

It felt like we stepped into a dream. ๐ŸŒฟ

At 6:00 PM, we began our journey back to Seoul,

but not before a cozy dinner break along the highway at 8:00 PM.

Simple, satisfying, and well-earned after a full day of walking, eating, and photo snapping!

We rolled back into Pyeongtak around 9:30 PM, tired but completely refreshed.
